Why we build it

A data spine beneath every file.

Complex claims generate complex information. We built an operating spine that captures it once, keeps it clean, and surfaces it in real time, so judgment is never working from a partial picture.

The aim is not technology for its own sake. It is a lower cost of claims handling, pristine real-time data for the insurers and coverholders we serve, and faster, fairer resolutions for everyone on the file.

Live dashboards built on Microsoft Power BI and a SQL data warehouse give our principals a current view of their portfolio, refreshed daily rather than monthly. Reports are bordereaux-ready and tailored to each principal’s format.
