This site provides general information about Royal Claims and our claims administration services. Its content is for information only. It is not legal, insurance, coverage, or professional advice, and it does not constitute a coverage determination, an admission, or a waiver of any kind. Nothing on this site creates an insurer, broker, adjuster, or client relationship, and no such relationship is formed until agreed in writing.
03Enquiries and claim notices
If you submit an enquiry or a claim notice through this site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not submit another person’s personal information unless you have authority to do so. Submitting a claim notice does not by itself create coverage, accept a claim, or guarantee any outcome; a claim is handled in accordance with the applicable policy and the instructions of the insurer or principal. We handle information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
04Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful, infringing, or unlawful content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia for any dispute relating to the site, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
