We develop our people on purpose. A defined path of training, peer review, and succession planning is built into how we handle claims, so experience compounds across the team instead of walking out the door, and the standard holds as we grow.
Training & knowledge
Structured development gives every adjuster the knowledge to handle the claim in front of them, and the next, harder one. We provide the tools to succeed, then the room to.
Peer review
We review each other’s files openly. A lesson learned at one desk lifts the whole group. No one works a hard claim alone, and the collective judgment keeps rising.
Succession planning
