About Andrea
Andrea Dollinger is a Senior Claims Specialist at Royal Claims Services Ltd. She manages complex liability and property claims from investigation through coverage assessment, negotiation and resolution, reviewing legal documents, adjuster reports, records and expert opinions against the policy, with a particular depth in large loss, fire, commercial property and bodily injury claims.
Andrea joined Royal Claims in December 2024 after fifteen years with ClaimsPro, where she was Branch Manager, handling claims of every level and line of business and working with insurers, examiners and counsel on automotive, liability and injury matters. Before that she spent eleven years as a full-handle independent adjuster and manager at Brouwer Claims Service, and ten years in-house at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia as a claims representative, adjuster and bodily injury adjuster.
Andrea holds the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and is based in British Columbia.
