About Delphine

Delphine Clerc is Business Development Manager at Royal Claims Services Ltd. She works with carriers, brokers, MGAs and coverholders across Canada to understand their programs and what they need from a claims partner, and she gives the firm a fully bilingual point of contact for new relationships in English and French.

Delphine brings more than a decade of experience across insurance, client services and business development in Canada, the United States and Europe. She began as a bilingual claims adjuster at Gallagher Bassett and Chubb, investigating property losses, handling environmental claims and negotiating bodily injury and property damage settlements. She went on to found and run a translation boutique serving Canadian insurers, law firms and corporate accounts, and served as Vice President of Business Development at Sedgwick, where she supported the sales team, managed client accounts and helped strengthen client retention.

Delphine holds a diploma from Humber College, studied at the University of Toronto, and completed her Canadian insurance certification in loss adjusting, auto and property. She is based in Toronto.
