About Jennifer

Jennifer Danyluk is a Claims Specialist at Royal Claims Services Ltd., where she handles transportation, equipment, cargo and property claims. She came to adjusting after twenty-one years in the cross-border trucking industry, and it shows in how she works a file: registrations, driver abstracts, bills of lading, carrier confirmations, logs, dispatch records, permits and customs declarations are documents she has produced and audited herself, so she knows what they should say and what it means when they do not.

Jennifer joined Royal Claims in 2024 from ClaimsPro, where she was part of the Transportation Equipment and Cargo team and also handled personal and commercial lines losses, including total-loss residential fires and liability investigations. Before that she spent nine years at Spady Transport, a cross-border carrier, in nearly every seat but the driver’s: dispatch, customs, safety and compliance, driver training and the company’s dangerous goods and hazmat training licences for Canada and the United States. Earlier she managed drivers and planned loads for Challenger Motor Freight in Ontario and British Columbia.

Jennifer has completed Insurance Institute of Canada coursework and is a certified Transportation of Dangerous Goods and 49 CFR hazmat trainer. She is based in British Columbia.
