About Joshua
Joshua Driscoll is Director of Engineering at Royal Claims Services Ltd. He is responsible for the firm’s claims technology and data: the systems, integrations and automation that put better information in front of adjusters faster, built to the standards a regulated, delegated-authority claims operation requires.
Joshua joined Royal Claims in March 2026 from Ascend Fundraising Solutions, where as a senior software developer he set and enforced development standards for a high-volume online platform, automated its testing pipeline and evolved its architecture for peak traffic, real-time analytics and mobile use, working directly with the executive team. Earlier he built and ran, largely on his own, a compliance-driven labelling and quality-control platform for licensed producers that printed more than a million regulated product labels, and developed client applications for a digital agency. He has been writing software since he was eleven.
Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University and is based in Ontario.
