Marie-Eve Arseneault is a Claims Specialist at Royal Claims Services Ltd. She manages complex commercial property and casualty claims on behalf of Canadian insurers and London market carriers, evaluating coverage, interpreting policy wording, leading investigations with independent adjusters, engineers, restoration contractors, forensic accountants and counsel, and preparing the concise, technically sound reports insurers rely on.

Marie-Eve joined Royal Claims in August 2025 after six years as an independent adjuster with ClaimsPro, where she managed residential and commercial property claims from first notice through settlement recommendation, conducted field investigations and inspections, and responded to catastrophe events across northern British Columbia. Before insurance she spent twenty-five years in hospitality leadership in Canada, Australia and New Zealand, running restaurants, events and cellars, which is where her discipline with operations, budgets and difficult conversations comes from.

Marie-Eve holds the Insurance Institute of Canada’s Commercial Insurance Certificate and General Insurance Essentials, is completing her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, and earned an Environmental Monitoring Certificate from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2025. She is bilingual in English and French and is based in British Columbia.
