About Samuel
Samuel Bozak is a Senior Claims Specialist at Royal Claims Services Ltd. He manages a portfolio of property and liability claims through the whole claim lifecycle, investigating coverage, liability and damages against the policy wording and loss documentation, and instructing independent adjusters and other experts so that investigations are thorough and reporting is regular.
Samuel joined Royal Claims in July 2025 from Wawanesa Insurance, where he independently adjusted property claims with exposures up to $300,000, managing each file from intake to closure. Before that he spent more than four years across two stints as an independent adjuster with ClaimsPro, handling residential property, commercial, cargo and liability claims from start to finish, arranging repairs, contents replacement and living arrangements for insureds after major losses, and meeting carrier service levels on a high-volume caseload.
